	Mission Statement The DBL endeavors to bring together dog breeders and their potential clients. Goals and Objectives To offer the Dog Breeder an advanced, detailed, economical, and far-reaching means of advertising. To provide an easy way for the Dog Buyer to search for local breeders of the breed of their choice. The DBL encourages an intelligent and informed interchange between breeder and buyer by providing a vehicle for breeders to advertise and for buyers to search for the right match from the privacy of their home. We are thereby saving both breeder and buyer considerable amounts of time and money, since much of the preliminary research can be accomplished online; this eliminates often lengthy and costly telephone conversations covering basic and repeated information. By posting all their pertinent information online, breeders won’t have to answer the same questions over and over. Buyers looking for a certain breed have all the pertinent information at their fingertips, and negotiations between breeder and buyer have an easy and equal starting point. Thereby, the DBL facilitates the exchange between breeder and buyer, leading to an easier match.
